Time for me - This is where you shut the world out and indulge yourself in some serious relaxation. Give your room a special ambiance by scenting it with oil burners and by lighting some candles. You could listen to some relaxing music and read a nice book, you could watch a good film, you could do jigsaw puzzles, quizzes, you can even eat your favorite comfort food! Soaking yourself in a warm bath to begin the evening would be a an excellent idea. Again, the goal is to emerge yourself in the moment while the rest of the world takes a back seat for a while.
